Technical fixes reflect in Search Console within 1 to 2 weeks. Ranking improvements typically start month 3 to 4. Meaningful traffic lift usually month 5 to 6. Anyone promising faster is lying.

Those volumes can only be delivered via automated tools submitting to spam directories, private blog networks (PBNs), or web 2.0 farms.
